5. Digital Delivery

Digital products are delivered through the method provided by the applicable Ko-fi product listing. You should provide an accurate email address and check your inbox, spam folder, and promotions folder if delivery information does not appear immediately.

If you experience a verified delivery or access problem, contact us and provide reasonable order information so we can investigate the issue.

6. Refunds and Purchase Problems

Because our products are digital, purchases are generally non-refundable after the product has been delivered or made available for download, subject to any refund rights required by applicable law and the terms stated on the relevant product listing.

We may review genuine issues such as duplicate payments, an incorrect product being delivered because of an error on our side, or a verified file-access problem.
